Hard to say how they'll factor in, but there are a lot of different factions and groups that seem to be active in the Shadowlands and even just in Oribos.There’s no better time to upgrade your account or introduce a friend to the world of Azeroth. The armour set features the icon of Oribos on the chest, so it's kinda weird to have them missing in the city itself?No sight of them yet - I am assuming Xolartios and his order are something that may factor into future content patches in Shadowlands. In gratitude, they then reward the adventurer with the vestments of their order, marking them as an ally of the Eternal Travelers, before leaving and telling them that their paths will surely cross again. With the veil between Azeroth and the Shadowlands weakening, the Eternal Traveler Xolartios asks adventurers to bring them echoes of mortality for study.
